Fresh Thinking. Smart Eating. Mindful Living.
A lifestyle that nourishes the mind, body, and spirit.

The Healthytarian lifestyle is based on mindful, intentional, sustainable, and heart-centered living, along with wholesome, plant-based nutrition that emphasizes organic, local, seasonal, and raw foods, and holistic health practices for optimal physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health, and wellbeing.

As our awareness evolves, we understand that we are so much more than our bodies, and health is not just the absence of physical symptoms. The essence of life in the Universe and here on Earth is energy, and beyond the organs, tissues, cells, and molecules that make us up we are energy. Thus, optimal health is composed of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic wellbeing; all of which are taken into consideration by the healthytarian lifestyle.

The healthytarian lifestyle is a way of interacting consciously and responsibly with ourselves, each other, and our world. This is the opposite of how most humans live today, in habitual and destructive ways, which deteriorate their own wellbeing and that of others. Thus, healthytarian is not any kind of diet or fad. It does not attempt to prove anything, demands anything, nor try to persuade or convince anyone of anything. It is not governed by any rules set by a person or organization. Instead, it offers guidelines, which are naturally inherent and obvious to those who are aware of the Universal Laws that govern all of existence. It is a lifestyle for those who feel the characteristics and values it shares within themselves, and are currently living them, or moving towards living them in their personal lives. It is a lifestyle born out of and inspired by the current shift and expansion of consciousness on our Earth.

Healthytarian supports and promotes the following:

Compassion for the Self

The foundation of the entire healthytarian lifestyle is based on self-love and self-respect. For when we love, honor, and respect ourselves, we automatically make choices that are for our highest good. We nourish our body with the best, clean and wholesome nutrition, not engaging in any destructive or toxic habits. We nourish our mind with the most valuable and enriching material that fosters our growth, expansion, and evolution, not that which promotes fear, control, or limitation. We nourish our spirit with all that is based on inherent joy, love, and peace.

Compassion for Others

While respecting the self is the key, a healthytarian lifestyle also places great emphasis on compassion for others. Although at the essence of creation we are all connected and of one source, we are each unique and diverse here on Earth in our present physical incarnations, and each at our own stage of personal evolution. Therefore, compassion for others means educating, inspiring, and empowering others, while allowing them to express themselves as they need, and not imposing our will on them. We allow each person to grow, expand, and evolve as they need, giving loving guidance, if and when requested.

Compassion for Animals

Today we know that animals do not have to be exploited or killed in order for us to thrive, or even survive on Earth during our physical lifetimes. In fact, we now know with certainty that plant-based nutrition is superior for creating optimal health, healing, and prevention of disease, and perhaps most importantly, inner peace. We have also come to know that the transmission of energy and resulting emotions directly govern our health and wellbeing, and ones from any kind of direct or indirect negative, violent, harmful, and aggressive actions are destructive to our physical and psychological wellbeing.

Compassion for Nature

A healthytarian lifestyle also has its foundation in the deepest love and respect for nature. We are part of nature — Mother/Father Earth — and it is our home. For centuries we have isolated and separated ourselves from our Earth, tried to control it, and exploit its natural resources. Today we are coming back home into balance and union with nature, for we know that we are its children. We have evolved enough to understand that the state of nature is a reflection of us. We are stewards here to nurture and respect all living species, elements, and natural resources, and treat them with utmost care.
