  • 4 - 5 Asparagus Stalks
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Tomato (or handful of cherry/candy tomatoes)
  • 2 - 3 TBS sprouted or cooked beans or lentils
  • 2 - 3 TBS hemp seeds (or other seeds)

Optional Additions:

  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 - 1 Lemon Squeezed
  • 1 TBSP of Udo’s 3-6-9 Oil
