- 4 - 5 Asparagus Stalks
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Tomato (or handful of cherry/candy tomatoes)
- 2 - 3 TBS sprouted or cooked beans or lentils
- 2 - 3 TBS hemp seeds (or other seeds)
Optional Additions:
- 1/4 Cucumber
- 1/2 Bell Pepper
- Juice of 1/2 - 1 Lemon Squeezed
- 1 TBSP of Udo’s 3-6-9 Oil
